KM Studio will be requiring your credit card information to be kept on file before booking your next appointment. KM Studio asks that you please give a 48 hours notice for all cancelled or rescheduled appointments. To remind you of your scheduled appointment you will receive a courtesy reminder by email and text 3 days prior to your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment may be charged a fee up to 50% of your missed service booked. Cancellations within 12 hours, as well as not showing up for your scheduled appointment, may be charged up to 100% of your scheduled service. If you are more than 15 mins late, KM Studio has the right to cancel and reschedule the appointment to which a fee up to 75% of the service booked may be charged.
